GLOW ATELIER SUNLESS TAN POLICIES: At Glow Atelier Sunless Tan, each appointment is reserved exclusively to provide a private, elevated experience. By booking, you agree to the following policies: BOOKING REQUIREMENTS A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you authorize Glow Atelier Sunless Tan to charge your card in accordance with these policies. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours will result in a 100% service charge. NO-SHOWS Failure to show for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 10-minutes may result in a shortened service. Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and charged in full. NO GUEST POLICY Glow Atelier Sunless Tan is a private, one-on-one studio. Only the scheduled client is permitted inside during appointments. Guests, children, and additional visitors are not allowed. Unless approved upon your appointment. PRE-APPOINTMENT PREP Clients are responsible for arriving properly prepared (clean, exfoliated skin, free of lotions, oils, perfume, and deodorant). Failure to follow prep instructions may impact results and does not qualify for refunds. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY: Proper aftercare is required for optimal results. Glow Atelier Sunless Tan is not responsible for uneven fading, streaking, or discoloration due to improper aftercare. RESULTS DISCLAIMER Spray tanning is a cosmetic service and results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to prep and aftercare instructions. No specific outcome is guaranteed. PRODUCT TRANSFER During development, bronzer transfer onto clothing, sheets, or fabrics may occur. Glow Atelier Sunless Tan is not responsible for any staining. ALLERGIES & SKIN CONDITIONS Clients must disclose all allergies and skin conditions prior to service. Glow Atelier Sunless Tan is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed information. REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS All services are final sale. If an issue arises due to application, you must notify Glow Atelier Sunless Tan within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments are offered at the artist’s discretion. Refunds are not provided. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Glow Atelier Sunless Tan reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives unprepared, late, or does not comply with studio policies. NO EXCEPTIONS Out of respect for time, schedule, and all clients, these policies are firm and non-negotiable.
